Thoughts over a Cup of Coffee!!!

Loneliness and morning freshness can be more productive than sitting with a group of people!!!

Every morning of my day starts with a cup of coffee, and I enjoy it a lot. It’s just not a cup of coffee for me; it’s the way of starting my day. It is how I want to kick start my day, sip a cup of strong black coffee and get the workout done. It is neither about physical fitness nor living a healthy lifestyle; it’s about building habits and sticking to them. It feels so good to get up early and follow the same routine every day that it irritates me whenever I mess up my way.

One thought popped up when I was sipping my coffee this morning and getting ready to start my day: I never thought it would be comforting to follow the same practices every day. Here goes the connection between me and a cup of coffee in the fresh air: I can accumulate myself with just a cup of coffee and open space. I know it’s a bit weird, but that’s how it is. I feel so relieved with each sip of coffee that sometimes I forget the problem’s existence. Sometimes I wonder how far I came, from being a late-night person to an early riser or being scattered to a goal-oriented person. Sometimes what you think is unsuitable for you can land you where you always want to be.

Let’s go back to when I was shattered because of a line of events during that time, although it made me stronger and showed me the path to my happiness. It made me realize that I can still achieve what I have always desired. It is never too late for anything, and it is the only thing that we should believe in our life. Everyone has a different perspective when it comes to gathering themselves after a storm in their life. I have chosen to take small steps every day, which helped me become a better person who is empathetic to others.

Journaling is always one of my favorite hobbies, and today morning I feel like sharing a piece of my way of living with everyone. I am not good with writing, but I have learned from “Atomic Habits” that we have to practice it if we want to improve. That’s why I am here today to express myself or become better. Life is concise, and it makes sense to me to live it on your terms. When you don’t know what will happen in your future, isn’t it better to live your present happily? Why think about your past, which had some scars? Why think about the end where you don’t know if you will be alive or not?

I have changed a lot, but I am yet to become the best version of myself. It’s a journey that I want to enjoy while achieving my short-term and long-term goals. My belief in myself is increasing every day, and the only thing which helped me is my habit-building capability. I believe in small steps at a time, which I am doing every day. It’s effortless to do your favorite things for a few minutes every day, and those can help you build good habits.

Sometimes while sitting alone can bring us peace of our mind. A healthy lifestyle is a choice; practicing habits is an option, but it will help you become the best version of yourself. Life is all about a choice, and we need to pick up the best option for ourselves. Take a small step towards your goal, reach out to people for help, and never be ashamed of anything. Life becomes very easy if we believe in ourselves rather than looking into others’ achievements. I am not very consistent with writing here because my routine doesn’t allow me to do so, but I do this to make it a memory for the future. One day down the line, I will come back here and see how my life leads me to that point. And this is it for today; I hope to come back here soon to scribble some of my thoughts again.
